机械多体系统动力学可视化仿真方法研究

摘要: 应用低序体阵列描述多体系统拓扑构型,采用AutoDesk公司的Mechanical DeskTop(MDT)建立三维几何模型,使用AVI数字视频压缩技术对多体系统的运动过程进行可视化处理,实现多体系统动力学可视化仿真.采用面向对象的程序设计方法,开发了集成化的软件系统MDAS.该系统可进行多体系统动力学计算、数据处理和多体系统可视化仿真.最后,以带有太阳帆板的复杂卫星系统为例,对MDAS软件的合理性、有效性和正确性进行了分析验证.Abstract: Lower numbered array is used to describe the topological configuration of multibody system. Three-dimensional geometric model of each body in the system is generated by Mechanical Desktop (MDT, AutoDesk Co.). Based on computer graphics and digital video processing, AVI video compression is applied to the kinematic simulation of multibody system to realize the visualization of dynamic results. Using Object Oriented Programming (OOP), an integrated software MDAS (Multibody Dynamic Analysis and Simulation) has been developed. It can perform dynamic computing, data processing, and visual simulation of multibody system. Complex satellite with solar panels is taken as an example and the results show the validity and correctness of MDAS software.
