知识辅助的数控机床ICAID系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Knowledge Based ICAID System on NC Machine Tools

  • 摘要: 以开发基于网络的数控机床工业设计ICAID系统为目标,以工业设计过程中的知识研究为线索,进行了以获取设计过程隐含知识为目的的口语分析实验.从数控机床外观造型设计所需的知识辅助角度提出了ICAID系统的知识处理模型、功能模块和设计流程规划,并在此基础上构建了系统的技术实现框架.通过若干知识表达和应用模块的具体实现,初步构建了具有知识辅助功能的数控机床工业设计ICAID系统.

     

    Abstract: Aimed at developing an internet based ICAID system for NC machine tools, the knowledge representation and application in the industrial design process are presented in paper. In the design process, the experiments design to acquire implicit knowledge or specific knowledge are carried out, using the verbal reports analysis method which can detect the cognition and thinking in the design process through analyzing the verbal reports of the subjects. Based on the analysis of the experimental results, the methods of knowledge framework in ICAID system, main functional modules and operational flow of ICAID system are developed continuously. In view of the particularity of industrial design process, we structure the technology framework of ICAID system based on internet, and user can retrieve knowledge base and database of the system online and fulfill the concept design in the environment of the network.
