摘要: 分析了产品塑性成形生产的成本要素,并在此基础上确立了优化目标.应用塑性成形的上限元技术和优化理论,建立了一个计算机逻辑优化系统,有效地提高了材料利用率.文中还阐述了优化的方法,展示了系统在产品生产中的良好效果.该系统具有实用性,能够实现优化设计,有效地降低加工成本,提高产品生产的科学技术水平.Abstract: Upper bound element technique is applied to simplify and accelerate computation. Optimization goal focuses on enhancing the material utilization, improving forming accuracy and lowering power consumption. Applying the system to the production line of spanner, gear, connecting rod etc., material utilization is raised10%~30%, and cost of heating the raw material is reduced10%~30%.
