用设计单元法实现计算机辅助机械运动方案设计

Accomplishing CAD of Mechanical Kinematic Scheme by the Design Unit Approach

  • 摘要: 设计单元由欲求机构解的"功能元"及其所属的下位功能元组合而成.采用设计单元法,可以使复杂的运动方案设计简化成分别对各个设计单元的单个功能元寻求机构解.由此建立计算机能够识别的机械运动方案设计模式,解决了计算机辅助运动方案设计的一个关键问题.针对计算机辅助寻求功能元机构解的基础工作--功能元描述,采用面向对象技术,通过运动形式、运动方向、运动速度、子功能结构等属性项,以及相应的一组"操作",实现了功能元及其下位功能元组合形式的自动化描述.

     

    Abstract: Design unit consists of an hierarchy of "function units" conforming to the functional requirements of a mechanism.Using the method of design unit can simplify the design of complicated kinematic scheme,it will suffice to select an appropriate function unit for each design unit.On the basis of that,this paper establishes a design model for presenting the kinematic scheme of machinery which can be recognized by a computer and promotes to solve the key problem of automated kinematic scheme design.Since the description of function unit is a basic clue to facilitate its matching with the corresponding design unit,an object-oriented approach to describe the function unit together with its subordinate sub-function units by the mode and direction of motion,speed rate,execution elements,sub-function structure and a set of relevant "operation" to generate the description.
