Abstract: Applying multi-CCD sensors,a method of combining Lighting-Zone center axis tracking with the improved means for measuring skew angle is proposed to enhance the precision of profile outline.The method to obtain and process information from light-sectioning outline is described in detail.Experiment results show that the method is satisfactory.
