Abstract: Based on Huston’s theory of multi-body system，the lower body array is applied to develop space topology structure data chain．Geometric modeling and data structure of the typical body of the system are analyzed，and the invisible surface removal method using Y-Depth buffer is developed．As an example，industrial robot is considered．
