Abstract: EGS is a graphic software which can run on multiple workstation environments, and includes basic window toolkit which can be used for the design of user interfaces. Based on the introduction of design background and function features of EGS, this paper describes the basic models and design rules of user interfaces, designs and implements the user interfaces of an integrated electronic devices CAD system (EDCADS). an engineering database management system and so on, presents the design method of graphic software and user interface satisfying practicability and transplantation.
