Virtual Wiring and Simulation of Cable Layout with Inverse Kinematics

  • 摘要: 在产品虚拟样机中利用人机交互方法进行电缆路径规划,得到一个基于NURBS曲线的电缆几何模型,然后利用"蛇形机器人"方法建立电缆的物理模型,基于逆运动学原理计算其弯曲角度.

     

    Abstract: Routing of cables are planned by the designer interactively during virtual prototyping of an apparatus,resulting in a geometric model of the whole wiring system represented as NURBS curves.A robotic snake approach is applied to generate the physical model of cables,using inverse kinematics to compute the bending angles of a cable lengthwise.
