基于装配层的配合尺寸继承与检验

Mating Dimension Inheritance and Testing Based on Assembly Drawing Information

  • 摘要: 尺寸信息的表达与处理,直接关系到零件的加工成本以及产品质量.文中分析了装配层尺寸的约束与关联,提出了基于装配层的配合尺寸继承与尺寸检验方法.通过配合的识别、尺寸匹配的自组织,实现了不同零件间的配合尺寸的关联,不仅解决了装配层与零件层间具有直接匹配关系的尺寸合理性判别问题,而且可通过尺寸约束与空间基坐标的传递,实现了配合尺寸的不同标注型式的尺寸继承与检验.

     

    Abstract: The way of dimensioning and its subsequent processing affects directly the cost and quality of a product. Based on analyzing the constraints and relations of assembly dimensions, this paper puts forward a native method for inheriting and testing part dimensions from the assembly model. Furthermore, the correlation of matching dimensions among different parts is set up through recognizing and self\organizing their mating schemes in assembly drawing. As a result, the approach proposed in this paper can not only test the rationality of matching dimensions annotated on assembly drawing and part drawings, but also accomplish the dimension inheritance and testing among different dimensioning schemes through transmitting mating constraints and dimensioning bases from the assembly drawing.
