Simplified Fuzzy Connectedness Approach for Segmentation of Vessel Images

摘要: 血管系统成像在外科手术计划和血管疾病的诊断等方面都起着极其重要的作用.通过对模糊连接算法的分析和改进,提出一种简化的模糊连接算法,使运算时间得到了缩短,运算速度得到了提高.将该算法应用到实际的血管图像分割中,取得了比较满意的分割效果,三维重构的结果显示也比较好.Abstract: Vasculature is of utmost importance in planning surgical procedures and diagnoses of vessel diseases such as angioma and vessel stenosis. On the basis of Udupa’s approach, some simplification and optimization were made in the algorithms of fuzzy connected image segmentation, resulting in higher efficiency of computation without lowering the segmentation precision.
