摘要: 本文介绍了CAD中任意复杂装配图生成的技术关键。讨论了零部件的统一表示模式、零件的分类及处理策略,提出了一种新的轮廓识别算法。实现了以零件生成为前提、集合运算和轮廓识别为基本手段的装配算法,其中包括定位问题的处理,装配关系的提取,以及轮廓线、细实线、点划线、剖面线的综合处理方法。本方法作为商品化软件PLAGE的重要组成部分,已应用于工厂设计中。Abstract: In this paper, the key problem of designing assembly is drawings introduced. The unified representation model of parts and components, and the classification ahd processing strategies of parts are discussed. A new contour recognition algorithm is put forward. On the basis of single part generation, Boolean operation, and contour recognition, the assembly algorithm is accomplished. The problems of location and extraction of assembly relation are solved.
