基于等灰度线的二次曲面快速成象算法
AN ALGORITHM FOR FAST IMAGE GENERATION OF QUADRATIC SURFACES BASED ON EQUI-INTENTITY CURVES

摘要: 在对二次曲面的空间几何模型和光照模型分析的基础上,提出了基于等灰度线生成二次曲面的快速成象方法。给出了等灰度线的空间表达式。从理论上解决了实现快速算法的关键问题:1.等灰度线投影方程的确定方法,用近似方法获得速度与精度的良好折中,2.等灰度线投影的点生成算法。并对算法的效率及精度作了分析。Abstract: A new method for fast image generation of quadratic surfaces based on equi-intensity curves is proposed on the basis of the geometric model and the shading model analysis. Equations of the equi-intensity curves are derived under the usual model of diffusive reflection and Phong's model of specular-surface reflection. Two key problems are solved theoretically:1. how to compute the projective equations of the equi-intensity curves'.an approximation which yields good compromise between precision and efficiency is presented;2. how to calculate the coordinates of points on the equi-intensity curves. In addition, analysis for efficiency and precision of the algorithm is given.
