Abstract: Chinese painting is a kind of drawing of independent system and unique traditional features. Using computer to control brush-pen drawing is a newest trial to study and develop Chinese painting art with modern technology. This paper introduces a computer painting system. Controling brush-pen with ink to draw strokes is the key problem of the system. The system has initially realized the technique and style of brush-pen drawing painting. Some results are also shown here.
