LOM型快速成形网格的变尺寸设计

Designing Variable-Size Meshes in Laminated Object Manufacturing

  • 摘要: 目前,LOM型快速成形切片层的网格线主要采用等间隔划分,网格线的总长度一般是轮廓线的几倍.采用层内变网格和层间变网格的策略,根据刀具剥离模型内外废料的难易程度,有选择性地切割网格线段,实行层内变网格划分;根据模型的空间结构特点,沿高度方向分阶段设置网格大小,实行层间变网格划分,网格线长度因此大大缩短,提高了制作效率.

     

    Abstract: State Key Laboratory Institute of CAD & CG,Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310027) AbstractMeshes in the sheet of Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM) are now designed with the same size, and the length of mesh lines may be as several times as the outline length. The method of variable-size meshes is advanced in this paper. Meshes in a sheet are designed ac- cording to the difficulty of removing the waste in or out of the outlines. The CAD model may be divided into several segments in Z direction with different mesh sizes. The length of mesh lines would be largely decreased and the manufacturing efficiency would be improved.
