三维地震数据场的快速体绘制方法

A Fast Volume Rendering Method for 3D Seismic Volume Data

  • 摘要: 在纹理和体元投影绘制方法的基础上,提出了适用于地震勘探数据的等值体素投影体绘制方法(IVP) 该方法对图形硬件的依赖程度较小,可以在微机上实现其绘制速度基本上达到了交互的要求,绘制时间仅是光线投射算法的1 16~1 8,但生成的图像要模糊一些,能够满足地震勘探数据解释对图像质量的要求.

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a novel fast volume rendering method—ISO-value Voxel Projection(IVP) method, specially applied for the interpretation of seismic volume data. The method can be implemented on common PCs, and is less dependent on graphics hardware. The rendering of the method allows basically interactive effect, with its time spending down to 1?16~1?8 of ray-casting calculation. However, the quality of the images produced is not very good, but good enough for the analysis and visualization to the seismic data.
