Abstract: Using object-oriented method to unify descriptions of both objects and tuples，the semantic hypergraph model based on relation and network presents the semantic links among objects，some operations on links and the method mechanism imposed on objects．In the level of the semantic hypergraph，the model can describe and operate the objects belonging to different semantic classes．While in the level of semantic graph，the model can describe and operate many-to-many relations of the objects for each class．
