Abstract: This paper presents a method for 3D simulation of 2D package structure based on package topology graph. The method analyses the topology of the preprocessed 2D data and uses the package topology graph to describe the result. The method can recognize and process the complex packages with windows on surface. A folding propagation algorithm is proposed to construct the 3D mock up in the end.
